How to Grow Backyard Grapes

It's Aug and have lots of grapes BUT they are staying hard my neighbor started eating his about 5 weeks ago.. is it because of the extended winter we had.. in San Diego

If your main trunk is close to the ground what’s the best way to raise the vines with grapes on them so there not resting on the ground?

I live in Arizona , I had my grapes plan for 3 years and doesn’t seems the leaves get as a green as they should , they dry a lot and die what I should do and keep them healthy , please help

Last year my grapes just all shriveled and died. My best guess is they didn't pollinate. From what I've read I cant tell if they self pollinate or if I should have planted one more
