The only person with the same running sound as thawne is Edward Clarris Better known as The Rival In Flashpoint The Rival was Like The Reverse Flash of Flashpoint Because Wally Also known as Kid Flash Was the Flash in flashpoint. The Rival was always stronger than Kid Flash because We literally saw him giving it to Kid Flash in a building and then Throwing Kid flash off of the building. Still the Reverse flash is the best villain in the flash IMO.
