Honestly i don't think it will effect you guys because you have love of the games and respect for the customers

So the gamestop retros are nothing different as of now, I have 2 by me and they are just gamestop with a small retro wall thar only had ps3 xbox360 and a couple of ps2 games, it's not worth it I would rather go to good stores like fire and ice, retro games plus and gametower...I'm wondering if they will get better

I can say I experienced the same as Spawn Wave. Just a few weak shelves of retro shovelware and overpriced gems.

I don’t think it’ll be an issue, the one near me hasn’t had a wide variety and for collectors of cib there was nothing in original packaging

Huge fan and I watch every video but talking about GameStop just bores me.

They just have to try doing retro because otherwise they’ll obviously go bankrupt at some point but they’re going to have to figure out how to keep the fakes out because there’s going to be those crappy people that will do their best to rip them off

I’m a heavy podcast consumer and also love retro games, been listening to this podcast since it came out and just today I realized these casts only get ~5k views. That is insane to me, I listen to podcasts with ~million views per episode and I rate this cast higher than those… please don’t stop doing these

I have a challenge for you guys... if you each ( riff, ricky, chris, ben, curtis, gabbo) could only have 25 NES games and 25 SNES games each for your personal collection what would they be?? You can determine based on Value, nostalgia, music, fun to play etc... you couldn't own or play anymore games other than the combined total of 50. Could you do it? Could you get your collection to something so minimal of your personal cant live without games??? It would be so interesting as serious collectors to see each of your honest top 25NES and each of your SNES choices.

Great video! I agree with you about personal safety concerns, especially when traveling, getting robbed on vacation is painful enough, but getting robbed with an authentic bag is even worse. To me, it makes sense to travel with a fake luxrul bag and not carry any valuables that you would miss. Also, if your bag gets damaged by dust, stains, accidents, whatever it is, it doesn't matter even if it's fake.

Its good to see that Riff didnt fall for that mask wearing rubbish.

Sadly, even if I buy an authentic bag, some people will think it's fake because I'm a person of color. But some people will also think my kislux is authentic.

I know I’m late to the party on this comment section but I would like to say that no matter what happens I will never buy anything from GameStop. The issue is when they sell you a new game and it comes opened missing DLC etc., etc. Not to mention I rarely will ever buy anything preowned anymore because you never know the condition that you’re getting it unless you’re buying it in the store.
