Can you test the voltage of the preamp with multimeter on video as the spec of 2v is never followed by joying previously,

Too much thing i compromise.
Now issue of volume.

My music volum is 22
Call volum 36
Want to call any one then music jumped to 36 then suddenly 22
I check power volume setting
And also volume balance setting . But still too low volume on call even full .
Call stop then music suddenly goes to high . I cant understand
