To me themes are not really an option to today, I’d rather go for Hello Elementor and do everything myself.

Do you suggest theme as an alternative to that ? Is the old fashionned way still a good option ?

Are the themes that you recommended very heavy to be loaded? As the loading speed is mattered most here.

Quick question, which one would be your first choice at this time.I myself already have invested in the Kadence ecosystem so I lean towards that for Woo projects although my main go to theme is GeneratePress.

Why only suggest themes for woo?
Why not also suggest pagebuilders?
If one is spending money, pagebuilders are a better route, ain’t it?
I get it that the title says (free) (themes) but if one is doing a project of any kind, why would one not want to shell out 50-100$ for a theme/pagebuilder!

Undoubtedly the best free themes for WooCommerce. Botiga with its integration with Merchant and Kadence with its ShopKit have a little edge over others in my opinion. I would love to see your review of Rishi theme although it is more for blogs, but its quite similar or in Blogging case somewhat better than Blocksy.

HTML5 Blank, Underscores, pagebuilders do too much these days, having themes overwriting styling or having to overwrite the default theme styling is just a pain you don't really want to deal with any more.
