Note to self, visit Japan but never work there.
ОтветитьI wish the u.s. did that
ОтветитьPaolo's sister in law?
ОтветитьDo the mechanics play pranks on juniors? Such as left handed screw drivers?
ОтветитьShe is a very hard worker and very motivated. Good job!
ОтветитьStandards are so much higher in Japan in very good ways, specifically in the automotive industry.
I've been working in the US automotive industry for about 8 years and it is a wild mess.
Meanwhile in USA they drop call faster than light😅
ОтветитьI am so happy for Eri-Chan, it’s been a while now but a huge congratulations to her and her now-husband ❤❤❤
ОтветитьI would love to score one of your videos in the futures 🙏
ОтветитьI don't understand.. Who takes a shower in the morning?! I always take my showers at the evening and I never had time to take shower in the morning, I'd prefer a hour of sleep instead 😅
ОтветитьWhy is rain bad?
ОтветитьWhat is the pay for apprentice mechanic?
-What are requirements for working in car repair industry?
Erina is adorable. I like the Japanese work culture. Not so much the drinking, but it seems like they have a good sense of comradery. I like how they all exercise together in the morning.
ОтветитьDamn, they get to eat breakfast and lunch throughout the day and even get a break?
ОтветитьThis is a great series of videos Paolo. WELL DONE
ОтветитьMy dream to go see them work in Japan.
Love how dedicated japanese people are especially in electronics and cars. Never fails. Amazing quality.
in regards to cleaning the office environment. thats something thats really become standard in the west as well. the last 3 jobs ive had have all required me to do cleaning work 2 or 3 days out of the month. and we rotate that responsibility to everyone in the office. it absolutely does give you a heightened sense of pride and community in the workplace so i can see where the japanese are coming from.
ОтветитьMA KHWAR NAE MA KHWAR NAE
ОтветитьJapan number one.
She's beautifully thicc in asian world ❤
لم ار في ورش اصلاحكم للسيارات ما يدعوني لاصلح سيارتي عندكم ...ورش وكأنها من ورش أفريقيا الوسطى
ОтветитьWhat is her salary per year or month can anyone say ?
ОтветитьI've just realized that she is Paolo's Sister in law. 😂 Amazing video as always.
Very well made video! Cool to see what it is like in a repair shop in a different country.
ОтветитьEveryone works really hard, but if everyone is doing their part it might not seem so bad. Versus the US is really demoralizing working hard and everyone else being lazy.
ОтветитьGreat story, thank you, i will watch and sub your channel.
ОтветитьI have a s14.. tell the dude. In AZ USA
ОтветитьJapan needs to move away from paper money.
ОтветитьWatched it again after a few years because I learned it's his Sister in Law! :D
ОтветитьLove Live... Jsksjs
Ответитьguys... is it possible to work at Car Repair as a beginner for foreigner ....?
please explain where do i start to apply and what must need to do it...
Now thats a depressing lifestyle ohh god thank you for all the blessings
ОтветитьEri-chan! This was our first introduction I remember rightly . Paolo's in-laws supporting the channel since day one
ОтветитьShe is not an accountant , She is a “gofer”. Go for it😂
ОтветитьPaolo's sister in law.
ОтветитьI can understand that she is doing a desk job and mechanics are working hard out there so they passed the cleaning and getting food to the Erina, but at least mechanics can clean up after themselves!
ОтветитьYes that's normal here in Denmark to. A office worker like that is fore the costmer as do also work like sallery and work for workers in the company. Yes she would not be serving food for the workers. 😂 that they have to do themselves. But all administration things for the company yes. Normal Here too.

ОтветитьNo seatbelt
Ответитьthis is so similar to indian work culture
ОтветитьSo interesting how asian culture emphasises on community while western culture emphasises on individualism . I think if humans dont take advantage if this , it is actually very beneficial to work hand in hand .
ОтветитьThere are possibly next to zero American repair shops that open up at 9AM. This is the biggest thing that blows my mind.
Ответитьpls make a video about a mechanic in toyota
Ответитьsince these are his in laws i hope he got some dinner too! :D
