OMG Why does no one know how to fix this?????? These stupid arrows are suddenly on hundreds of files and folders and NO ONE knows how they got there or how to get rid of them except 1 by 1.

I tried that but pictures are still getting compressed and have the blue arrows its really annoying :/ I also tried removing compression from the C drive entirely but no dice

Tip: If you want to uncompress every single file in your hard drive, go to This PC >> Right Click the Windows Partition (or any other partition) >> Properties >> Uncheck the Compress Option. Your welcome :)
