My Study Techniques from Year 10 to a 99.95 ATAR & Med Student

What does "duck" mean? When he said he got ducks in year 10.

I remember reading at an article that you got 99.9 which is superbly epic, But it's misleading to put 99.95

Hey bro, I’m currently in year 10 right now, term 3, next year I’m taking methods, chem, legal, business, health and english all unit 1 and 2. I’m someone who’s luckily naturally smart, so in semester 1, I got 92 average for my main subjects with not much studying or care at all. However, I full well know that this won’t last long at all next year, so I’m begging to properly study so I can have it as a habit, but my problem is that I find it very hard to stay motivated, on track, and study for longer hours since I get distracted so easily, also consistently studying properly. Do you have any tips for me? Thanks.
