FIX Facebook is not Working on Google Chrome UPDATED

So my Facebook is not accessible on my computer currently. It has an ERROR message. I'm really hesitant to do the Reset Chrome settings. What will it do to anything else on my computer?

I note this was published back in 2018. That's dinosaur years in tech. Still having problems with facebook site on my chrome on win 10. Newsfeed loads, sorta. I want to view comments on a post. it reads 29 comments. click the 29 comments, it paints another line that reads "read comments" click that, it never loads. just sits there and spins. what a gigantic pain in the ass! Doesn't do this on my mobile app running on my iPhone. Only on my desktop running chrome.
