ОтветитьHi Ranbeer, great podcast, something I thought I would correct you on hydration. When it comes to tray and hydration there is no water out there in the market that hydrates you better then Kangen Water.
When you look at the bottled water filtered water and even tap water they are all acidic and their molecules are bigger so be hydrated at all.
Even it terms of hydrogen rich water, you talking about has ingredients in it to make it Hydrogen rich aka alkaline.
Your water should never contain ingredients. Remember nutrient utilisation is much more important than nutrient consumption.
Water is the carrier of all nutrients and the best water out there is Kangen Water.
I think you should do are video on this as well.

ОтветитьFor creatine, the recommended dosage in my opinion should be 3-5 gms for maintenance. 20 gms is only when loading and should not be daily. Rather loading would be 5 days max. Please correct if I am wrong
