every single person has dreamed of fishing the bass pro shops pond… Why not set up 6”6 poles with spinning reals and set up spinner bates with no hooks so people can feel the initial hit with out harming the fish? I’d pay $20 to mess around for 10 minutes. 100%

Spoons are so underrated for bass as a search bait tho, i know everyone likes swimbaits spinnerbaits and crankbaits but sometimes a good spoon can fill the gap when water is more clear.

Japan has popularized "swimming spoons" for largemouth bass. Generally when u.s bass anglers think of spoons they think of jigging them for suspended fish or flutter spooning, but japan has started to launch another catagory called swimming spoons, very similar to standard trout spoons many people swim, but built for bass. My favorite jdm one is the jackall cosaji. I highly reccomend you take a look, i would love to see a pro bring something similar to the states! Its a really good weedless bait and i like to fish it over submerged grass as it just flutters over the top on a slow retrieve, but im sure you will find plenty of other ways to have fun with it
