I had this behind my ear. It isn’t around most of the year but in the dry season it shows up. How I manage/ treat it when it comes is using an antibacterial or anti fungal soap on the infected area and applying Vaseline on the area.

I did a chemical feel recently and when they assess the skin in the beginning they said one side of my face was dry and one of my side of face was oily and the area around this part of my nose had a little "fungus on it" first time I heard of it was completely shocked. Thank you for this video on how this could be treated
