Question from your subscriber :-) Instagram business accounts can now have a custom form where customers can request products by entering their contact information. Would it be possible to transfer the customer information submitted by a customer on Instagram to ODOO CRM?

why when you usa the contact form in website (including the phone) and an opportunity is created from there, then you create te customer to reply the email only the email is automatically copied and the name and phone are totally LOST. If you activate the lead option it works good the copy of the name and phone to the new customer, but with direct opportunities creation it dosnt work.
