SEARCH & RECOVER PHASE 1 / SEASON PASS UPDATE / SNOWRUNNER / ON PS4 / WHAT'S NEW?

you show the map of season 1, but how do I unlock season 1? Do I have to play through everything from Michigan and Alaska and Taymyr or do I have to have done all the trails? I also play on the PlayStation myself, but I have already completed Michigan at 100%. and with Alaska I am at 85% and I have also done something with Taymyr, there I am at 62% but my question is how do I remove the lock Search and recover

I just recently grabbed the radar. I was able to drive over the junk pile in between the train and the building. Backup to the radar trailer and then drove it back out. Piece of cake. Great video. Your steering options will straighten your wheels out again. It been added to switch it on and off.

Don't be in a hurry to get mods, I downloaded a custom hummer and it ruined the game. It changed every single option on all vehicles to $0. Another mod ruined my save so it kept crashing.... not worth having mods, they are a minefield.

For all Playstation users having issues to get this DLC add-on:
On PlayStation getting the map is a two step process:
1.) Do the update. That will prepare the game for the DLC and you can check if the update is installed correctly by having a new main menu screen - so if your game still shows the old main menu screen with the red Chevy CK1500 parked in the snow at the coast, you have to do the update first.
2.) Download and install the DLC: Easiest way to find the DLC is as follows (on PlayStation): On your PlayStation main screen where all the installed games are shown, highlight the SnowRunner icon and then scroll way down to the last entry saying 'PlayStation Store'. In the contextbox on the right side of the screen all your already installed add-ons are shown and the not installed add-ons are listed beneath. Click on the DLC-icon there and you get directly to its PlayStation Store page without any further searching. If you have premium edition or season pass there will be a download button on the PlayStation page where otherwise the price tag is shown. Click on it and it will download and install the DLC and the new region will be shown in the global map. ;)

FYI, chains really help on this map. Mud tires chew through the snow good, especially deep snow, but chains help on the rest of it. Im still trying to open up the map. There's 4 upgrades on this map that I've found

If ur on ps4 and cant play like i couldent even thou u have season pass u have to download the map pack from the store first XD. I was going mad trying to find why i couldent play the new map

Well in a car when you are in a curve and apply some gas then the steering wheel will center too, so what's the problem

If you use the Tuz go side of building and wall turn left up the ramp along the wagon down ramp and bingo come out same way. If you can?

After i updated mine on xbox the automatic return to center stopped. In the steering settings with it in gamepad mode it did not return to center, i switched to steering wheel even tho im using the contoller and it now returns to center again

Excellent work sir. Yeah its a bear to drive these maps. Ballon tires float on snow and ice. But you have little control. Big beefy has control but you'll spend your days swimming through snow. Snow runner giveth and snowrunner taketh away.

You turn them off in the functions tab

Blimey, that radar trailer is a pain to get out of the yard, finally managed it after some trial and error... Be warned though, once you get it out, it'll get through fuel like nobody's business if you scan too often!

Hmmmmm have season pass for xbox one. No update yet.

Meanwhile still waiting on thrustmaster wheel support or anyone to even mention it’s progress if any.

To get the prototype out I used a big crane and lifted it over the fence. Was never going to get a vehicle down between the trains

To get the radar trailer you have to go In between the train cars be prepared it's quite an obtacle

The Ford is right up in the very top North West corner! And the other one is right up North of the map just West of the camp.

I have season pass but still doesn't show

I’ve got the premium edition and I’ve had a 12g update but it’s not updated me game and still have no new map

You have the radar trailer which is like a mobile watch tower. They’ve deliberately given the map fewer watch towers so you have a reason to use the new toy! The entire north half of the map has no watchtowers at all and has to be explored this way.

For all those missing the new map go to ps store and download the snowrunner season pass search and recover icon. It works

I don't yet have the SP but may just buy the content which includes finding hidden stuff like the drowned plane. I got a 12gb update earlier so i guess even if you DON'T have the season pass you still have to download the content as it also includes free content too.

Any ideas guys i downloaded the update and it installed. I have the new main menu screen but i load up my game and lake kovd is not there.
