I bought an HP laptop with a non removable battery tried to reset it and take the administrator password off and it came back with the administrative password still on it and now it says when I try to reset it again having I could not reset PC what do I do

And for anyone this hasnt worked for try turning on completely then going to the power icon on the screen click that hold Lshift and F11 and press restart all together until the screen goes dark then the blue menu screen should pop up

Hello! I reset my laptop & Cortana was walking me through the set up. It's been over an hour when she was getting windows 11 for me & nothing has happened. Could be windows 11 no be to much for my to PC. It said she will let me know when to restart to install but there is also at bottom of screen to hit next. I'm not sure what I should do? Edit: the laptop needs to be completely off. Just pressing the power button while it’s on doesn’t do that apparently.

I'm getting restoration complete in one window and in another window it reads "This system cannot find the drive specified". I didnt specify a drive.
