(Solved) PowerShell Keep Popping Up Randomly In Windows 11/10

Trying it now thanks I hate those screens

for me its opening for a good 30 seconds after starting my computer, then going away.

is it possible there might be some sort of virus on my computer?

I tried this. Task Manager, running apps, open file location and renamed the powershell.exe

You also could have a virus

This video only removes PowerShell ver 2.0 and stops further Windows Updates.
I need to know how to also remove PowerShell ver 1.0 that comes included with Windows 10.
Can this be done and still keep Windows Updates enabled ? Anyone ??
(Does Windows 10 use Powershell for any of it's background tasks like Updates ??)

When I open my PC after tying the password and stuff .my computer just freezes and I can't move the cursor or open any thing it just freezes

It's 11th of Oct and I'm facing this issue still in the latest version of windows 11 meaning Microsoft does not want to fix this annoying pop up thing.
