Still works, kinda. Just after /replaceitem do /replaceitem entity @e[type=zombie,name=zombie]

I summoned a grown zombie with baby zombie AI, gave it w netherite helmet and cheatplate, gave it a netherite sword and totem, and its actually hard to fight! Sometimes it will circle around you rlly fast and you can't hit it.

Can you make them fly with elytras?

Ok this works with me typing but not on command blocks. Current version 1.19 I think. Can you tell me why it might not be working?
