the videos is really helpful and amazing, can you please give a workout plan for beginner in calisthenics like how many reps of particular exercise like pushups and all the other exercise i know like its hard to give a estimate as such it depends on beginner but it will give a target to achieve.

ОтветитьI recommend everyone to warmup. When I did some basic Calistehnics stuff, I have never warmed up and injured my ellbow, which caused popping and cracking in it when doing a pushup

Is it a really good idea to split days like push pull and leg? What is wrong with the full body workout on 3 or 4 days in a week? Really good video btw, thanks a lot!

I can't do pull up nor push up, Just hanging for 3 second and my hand was shaking after that 😅 .. but now only in short time I can lift up my shoulder a little bit and hanging for 10 counts whit no shaking hand.. and I feel great, my muscle starting to show up a little bit too but this really great since I never had muscle since I was young..
