ОтветитьThis was super helpful, my only problem is I have a really bag right hip and knee and can almost never squat without pain. Even in the lightest weight and good form I just have bad joints from genetics. So trying to work around it. :/
ОтветитьI kinda think this is adding an unnecessary layer of complexity to the issue. Their previous video proposing four types of exercises Squat/Lunge - Hip Thrust - Hinge - Abduction was, in my opinion, sufficient.

Ответить36 sets per week is nothing! I’m at about 50 sets per week but instead 2 glute days throughout the week consisting of about 5-6 workouts per session. 22 abduction sets, 4 horizontal hip ex sets 24 vertical hip ex sets 😮
ОтветитьAm I the only guy in the world that prefers a nice convenient flat butt to cover all ground on a chair. In my opinion, you have a more stable posture. As a guy, I rather not create so much attention with so much meat sticking out the back.

ОтветитьAs a dude, there was a time in my life where i hated going to the gym. BUT what kept me going at most once a month was the idea of a 3 hour leg day 😅
Not sure why but ultimately it kept me from fully leaving the gym and eventually brought me back to work on chest and back hahah

ОтветитьDude I need the opposite of this 😓My butt is huge while my arms are very thin. Sometimes people joke that I have a female butt. I wanna have smaller butt but bigger arms. I have started to cook higher protein foods, eat less carbs and began to work out, well at least at home and the office mini gym. I am hoping to fix my physique soon.
