What a goofy looking house! Glass garage doors???? Living room is part of the kitchen???? Where do you put the TV, over the fire place??? No carpet? Windows that go down to the ground? That looks HOT in the summer. Good luck selling it. Open shower in the master bath? That looks cold! 2 toilets in the master bath, for when you and the spouse have digestive problems? Fire the architect.

Well you made a very clear statement I listen to it multiple times about the builders information being posted below no Builder information matter fact you see that all the time and it's just a link to your website where is the Builder information that's okay don't waste your time I found it on another Realtors website

Not a fan of the whole kitchen/family room combo idea-I would need more definition between the two spaces-it always seems to me like a giant kitchen with couches and a t.v. that seem out of place. It is not a lot of living space either. For me all the huge windows would make my home seem less private , safe and secure. I see a lot of modern homes with these giant windows everywhere-I guess it’s fine as long as all that property goes with the house -otherwise you are soon just seeing all of your neighbors mow their grass and wash their cars. This one is a bit too modern for my taste.

Beautiful looking house looks to be well constructed well laid out great features very high ceilings in the kitchen and family room, I’m not sure about how competitive the price is, but this guy is just killing me. He’s torturing me with his voice and his going from English to Spanish Talk and words he Butcher’s both languages. And it’s just annoying. This video could’ve been half as long and shown just as much or more. I think this guy is just in love with his voice or something.
