I know it's weird, but I would feel odd to wear long sleeves at the beach, and a visor. I never heard of anyone doing that. But maybe I should start?
I grew up In a Generation where you never used sunscreen as a child... Bare naked for hours at the beach. I would have loved if my parents would have been more careful back then.
And still... Even if I'm complaining about this, I'm now like my mom.... 40years later... Refusing to wear a visor... Odd, isn't it?

😢why the most of products incluing yours pillowtalkderm have squalane in it!!! My rosacea have reaction with this ingrédient!

Can u talk about glutathione? There are brightening pills with glutathione. Some ppl in underdeveloped countries are doing iv glutathione or pills n even topically mainly to lighten skin ( ppl there want to be pale which is opposite to ppl here who want to tan).

I have really dark hyperpigmentation in the left side of my mouth because of blistering hives due to Angioedema.. and that happened twice within 2 months.
It's been 5 months already but the dark area is still dark ..
I use sunscreen.
What should I do now?

I am easily scarred. I get pih immediately for the smallest little scratch. I think I don’t have enough collagen to fade it out no matter what I use.

Nobody talk if its allowed to use Azealic Acid together with Tretinoin at the same pm and Hydroquinone with Tretinoin at the same pm or how to combine them. Anyone? thnx 🤓

I remember thinking if I layed in the sun with a breakout it would somehow purify my complexion (all whilst getting a great tan)! I had amazing skin but at 67 , though still nice, I can tell you it does catch up, and I agree uneven skin tone is the worst of all of it! I really value your advice and knowledge, so thank you!!! Plus I just like hanging out with you learning stuff on skin...and I just ordered your major fade serum:)👍

Is there such a thing as chronic hyperpigmentation? I’m currently using hydroquinone(prescription😉) tretinoin, vitamin c, e, ferulic serum, niacinamide 5%. Have previously tried azalaic acid, and major fade solution trio. And I use sunscreen and wear a hat when in the sun.
I still have pigmentation and old acne scars. Is there a procedure I should try? PLEASE answer. Tired of throwing my money away.😕
