If someone wants to know how to do this on any samsung phone: go to the settings of your phone and type "pop-up" in the search. There should be a settings tab called "Disable pop-ups" or "Pop-up blocker" or something like that. Open it (by pressing on the text) and turn off the pop up blocker by clicking the switch ball on "block pop-ups" (make it grey).
