ESO: Beginners Guide - Character Creation, Race and Class (Elder Scrolls Online)

sorry, can someone tell me how to switch the game so that I can see my character like in the video, because when I turn it on, the game is set to play as if I'm me, and when I appear, I want to see my character's body
