Brazil operates Pal - M at 60hz, an hybrid system where the color is PAL, but the frequency are 60hz derived from the M System in the United States at the time of black and white TV, with those 525 lines.
As the frequency is the Same as the USA/Mexico/Japan , its easy transcode NTSC to Pal-M : changing only the color carrier signal and maintaining the 60hz frequency
interlacing artifacts are nostalgia fuel
ОтветитьThank you sir
ОтветитьIt isn't,if you are in PAL country, shoot at NTSC 60P 1/100,it can avoid filcker.
ОтветитьWhat does it mean when i see a frame rate spec listed as "24p Progressive (records at 60i), 30p Progressive (records at 60i)"? I see this for some older camcorders from a decade back.
Ответитьthank you big help

ОтветитьHi I have a quick question and I was wondering if you'd be able to provide some insight. I live in Ireland which I know is a Pal region. I've tried to find as much as I can about the differences and your video was super helpful. The camera I'm looking into getting is the Panasonic Lumix DMC g7 which is 25 fps pal, the European version. I've seen a mix of opinions circulating around which version is better (30 NTSC or 25 pal) and I was hoping you could let me know if there are any issues or drawbacks with getting the 25 FPS European version. Is there specific problems with quality or smoothness of video? I've seen some people mention they had issues with uploading, jutter and flickering - I don't know if that's to do with the 25 fps though.
It would be great to hear your thoughts,
Thank you!
