When I lived in W VA. I new all about Joe Manchin he is snake never to be trusted. ( O never forget he voted for Biden s trillion dollars bill with 85 thousand IRS to hire to control us. WE NEED TO PASS 8 YEARS IN SEVERING GOVERNMENT OFFICE AND WE WOULD HAVE LESS MILLIONAIRES AND CROOKS IN GOVERNMENT POSITIONS. ( Think about it and they go into office broke and a little later there millionaires and you know how that happens. YEAH they wrote a book DO DO !!

Unfortunately, for anyone still living in West Virginia who is even a moderate and/or Democrat, Manchin is by far the lesser of 2 evils; especially compared to republican alternatives. The party has lost so much strength, due to emigration of younger people out of the state. Approximately 40% of the population is over the age of 50. And younger people, especially those who are more progressive, have hardly any job or life opportunities and end up leaving. Therefore, due to those factors, ANY TRUE Democrat that would run for the Senate faces extremely negative odds.
And that's a Damned Shame.
Because West Virginia used to be one of the most forward-thinking Democratic states, which fought strongly for labor and personal rights.
