I moved way outside of London 5 years ago…..I have never looked back on my decision….the country lifestyle is absolutely incredible…….don’t be fooled by this obsession to be in the capital…..it’s all lies..

32 million for that is a robbery. I'm not saying this because I'm poor. I saying that because under 20 million you can get much more appealing properties even in London. Overpriced. Very overpriced.

While I may like the exterior of this period facade, the interior is utterly devoid of original period features. The owner/developer has ripped the life out of the property and replaced it with nothing more than an expensive brand of featureless modern beech wood in almost every conceivable space. Frankly that it has an indoor cinema room, pool and steam room says all you need to know. I half imagine that the owner/s hardly live there either. And that awful black light tracking is about as close to a period feature as this place gets being that I thought that sought of lighting went out in the 70’s and it wasn’t a nice feature even then. £32m!!! 😂

32 million what? The exterior is lovely but the interior lets it down For one the track lighting is horrible the brickwork and the colour of the kitchen? They should've used another designer for this house It's not worth 32.5 million it’s just because of the location and maybe the indoor pool, but still not worth 32.5 Mill.

The owner will wait forever for someone willing to pay £32.5 millions for this. Honestly, it really is not that good. First, location is great for London but there are loads of competition around the world to beat that at that price bracket with much better weather or views by the seafront. This has tree lined street. The way how this is done on the inside really is very ordinary. Someone has that sort of money would expect much more than that kind of finishing. That dining table is so small, the space around it is not grand to invite their important guests. That cheap looking office room area seriously lacks character or any importance to invite potential investors to discuss business. The kitchen and the dining area attached, one can find similar in a £800k home, nothing special. That sort of price tag, the owner will host private events likely to take 20+ people in grand setting. The master bedroom is underwhelming.

To many rooms and narrow corridors, decor very impersonal, more a small hotel, and why would you want to own it and not do something more worthwhile with the ££££, no matter how wealthy you are you can only sit on one loo, but whatever floats your boat i guess, but for me im happy in my little enclave in sunny somerset

A similarly nice house on the same road sold for £18M in the last 12 months. (Id argue probably better as it had a great sized multi car underground garage and lift too)

This is a very nice property, in a very nice area. Bit of a "hotel" feel to it. But its SO overpriced compared to the surrounding properties its laughable. Its been on the market for months now! When it does eventually sell, someones taking a bath on it!
