I always loved Gabe Kaplan and the show Welcome Back, Kotter. I thought the sketch was pretty dang funny - great concept!

the problem with the sketch is the confusing timing of the set up when Doug is in the background.

Yeah, this sketch would have been terrible on SNL and really wasn't that much more funnier on Seth Meyers. The problem is, it doesn't really go anywhere and really needed a next level, which I think would have worked better if a couple co-workers dressed like Arnold Horshack or Vinnie Barbarino walked in Karma or even Gabe Kaplan himself. Still, I hope they do a lot more of these kind of sketches.

Will's fake eyebrows should get an Emmy for this.

I wish my son has your opportunities. I wish he had the same chance as you. He is amazing and beautiful and brilliant. Since we were born poor you wont have the chance to see him thrive and bloom. But he is an orchid, he is beautiful. A beauty you will never get to see.

Secret Wars were some of my first action figures. Cap, Iron Man, Dr. Doom, and Daredevil. I still have them, but they are a product of my customizing experimentation.

Doom is accurate to how he looks in the Secret Wars comics. Hobgoblin, Falcon, Daredevil and Zemo were not even in the comic series, but still have figures. Strange when they still had so many other figures they could have made from the comic.

There were also no female characters in Secret Wars while Super Powers gave us Wonder Woman.

I haven't even watched this yet, but seeing Bowen Yang's face made me happy for him. Don't you think he's beside himself with awe and excitement, working with these legends? So cool.
