Coco eau de toilette étant mon parfum signature, j’ai beaucoup aimé 31 rue Cambon qui m’y a fait penser lorsque j’ai commencé à le découvrir, puis au séchage 31 rue Cambon me rappelle Mitsouko mais en plus ambré.
Sinon, j’adore 1957 et 1932 ❤

I impulse bough 1957 a few months ago at Heathrow without properly trying it before (Les Exclusifs are not available in my country). Unfortunately whenever I tried it I always felt that weird sweaty smell 🤢. What could that be? How should I rewire my brain so that I can appreciate it? Now that I heard your excellent intro to this fragrance I want to like it even more! My teenage son keeps asking me wether I allow him to gift my bottle of 1957 to her 13 year old girlfriend but to be honest I would much prefer learning to love it 😬

Hi beautiful me again, this is one of my favourite go to videos of yours…….just love love how you describe these luxurious scent. I FINALLY made it into a Chanel store to actually smell these in person………can I tell you I wanted to buy them all, but for today I settled on Coromandel (totally enamoured with this intoxicating scent and then I purchased gardenia as well because it is my absolute favourite flower. Chanel does not disappoint…..wow so incredible.
I will be going back for 1932 and 31 Rue Cambon ❤️👌

Hi Clemence- I have yet to try this house. Afraid of aldehydes as the sinus dont do too well with them. Is there a sexy elegant one without the dna of adehydes?

I’ve bought the entire exclusifs line, almost all of the Maison CDior line, and most of the Tom Ford private blend line. So I’m in a good position to safely say that MCD is by far the superior line with the best combination of quality, range, uniqueness, presentation and wearability, very closely followed by Tom Ford. Chanel’s line is nice but nothing special. It lacks imagination & execution, it’s too generic, boring presentation, poor longevity, smells outdated, and the list goes on. You will find better versions of all these Chanel fragrances in the Dior/Tom Ford line. However, this line does what Chanel does better than everyone else - offer mediocre quality products at premium prices based solely on the strength of the legend of the Chanel brand, creating only the illusion of class that people are desperate to believe in.

Bel Respiro is my absolute favorite perfume in the whole world. I've never smelled anything like it. I own the 200 ml EdP and cannot live without. Love it so much! Ugh

What are your top 3 favorites from this line? And which are the biggest compliment getters? And longest lasting?

I got some samples from a lovely girl from Lithuania in the Chanel store at ST Pancras. Jersey was far too Lavenderified for me, but the Boy was amazing! I'm willing to weaken my obsession with Amouage to explore this Exclusif range a bit.
