I love discipline, it changed my life
I start from alcohol and drugs abuse, smoker for 12 years, 58kg... i wanted to gain a bit so like this maybe I will have a relationship, i was missing too much the affection.
Then when I start my friends said: haha, don't grow too much... wtf man... make space for him, he is too big now... wowww so agressive....
And i became angry, i start to train madness. Work, train, later on starting to study.
I gained 25kg, i became nutrition coach, no smoking, no party, no drinking, counting calories and sleep hours......
and now i fail to get my dream job as a coach, they said i don t have enough passion.
I have relarionship now, but my goal changed, I want to become one of the greatest coaches who changed lifes and inspire people and I want to become the natural bodybuilder with an amazing story

Man that Les Brown hits me every time. Today was the first time I’ve ever cried listening to a motivational video. Cuz it is some real shit man. I’ve failed again and again and again. Let my self down again and again and again. Yet I still get up and struggle towards my dreams of being successful. Buts it’s like that’s all I have, I can’t stay a normal person I have to strive for what is inside me.

Fear is false evidence appearing real. It is not real.. I choose to never ever have fear..it's a choice..choose to be free from it. I chose to be free from it ..and I am well. be in abondance of confidence that it is well.

Lies When I went through boot camp the first thing we learned how to shower and dress our selves 🤣 we didn’t learn about riffles till like mid boot camp and lions or any predator would go for a injured or weak animal first and that’s facts I get what he was trying to say though 😮
