I really liked the video. I'm surprised that there's not much greenery around, though in the city. We tend to have more trees here in the states, but it could just be where the video is being filmed.

My kids are in a public school in Alabama. They wear khaki slacks or shorts and a white or green polo shirt. Saves me so much money with uniforms. God bless each of you.

More importantly she has such a kind nature and appealing personality. DIMA has similar qualities, looking great in his uniform too. You are really a loving, sensible Mum with a sense of humour that deserves a lot of credit for the way your kids are. Cherish these moments and memories of their first days at school as the time goes so fast and they they are adults. My wise(??) words as a Babushka.😹

I loved the first day of school when younger, but this was so different! Ambivalence is what I feel about the opening scenes, which can be taught in a classroom later. It should be joyful about the future to come and new friends and awakening of feelings and thoughts in my humble opinion. But I am so, so very happy that Polina and Dima are on to new beginnings and opening day is done because of the exhaustion of all involved. Breakfast looked very special today and Garfield was a treat to behold in all his glory. Sending lots of hugs to you all today 🤗👏

meanwhile in the US, our kids are hardly taught anything about the history of our country. maybe if they were taught history like y'all are, they would appreciate how far our country has come. except for Biden. I hate him with a burning passion.

Made me laugh olga on about ww2 when putin is doing same thing now in Ukraine what a waste of life unnecessary war nobody can win x

It can't be easy having these celebrations in those hot conditions. When I saw that education about world war 2 it made me so sad. What is the point reminding ourselves about war when its happening again. How could we Russians, Ukrainians and Europeans let this happen now? Men are going away to die again. Women and children are dying as well.
I'm sorry to mention this, it just makes me upset. I am always for peace - we in Serbia know about war and its the worst thing in the world. I really hoped it was over, now its like I'm watching the same horror movie.

It Hurts to see this differents between Russian and Ukraine schools!

The first day of school looks both exciting and exhausting. Did the children recieve any lessons that day?

I love that children mostly wear a uniform of some sort, like white shirts. It's simpler and less expensive than buying tons of different clothes that they quickly grow out of- wish we did the same here in Canada! 🙂 Thanks for your fascinating (and cute, love your sweet cats) videos! 💕💕

In the US where I live, we call office buildings that contain doctors but not patients' beds, medical buildings. Also doctors' offices or clinics. Other places may have different terms. Your English is excellent! Thanks for giving us a look at normal life in Russia.
