Very wonderful video! I know I can learn how to do these beautiful trees! I am moving from Texas to Tennessee next week and I can't wait to learn all about the vegetation there in the mountains. I plan to do a thorough study of all of the trees they have there and paint them as I go. I will start off with doing them in winter and then have spring to look forward to. Hi Paul! Is this a good video for a beginner to follow?

Just finished trying a couple of these tree techniques and (highly unusual for me) they look rather good for a first time. Plus, I finally got to use that sponge I bought a while ago! 😉

My art teacher has some kind of vendetta against small paint brushes, but after seeing what your rigger did, I ran out and bought a #3 today. You have such a lovely style and communicate things splendidly. Thank you, Paul!
