After the first season of this show, I was convinced. I finally understood the message. The Chosen showed me Jesus Christ in a way I had never experienced or expected. The way His words brought me to tears, how they hit every fiber of me, it just changed my perspective. "Why am I crying with this?", I thought the first time. By the third time I could not stop watching. I'm proud to say I am studying the Bible and I want to be a good Christian. Thank you.

turning water into wine is one thing with a trick of the hand with grape power into the water. It would of been a much more inspiring story of Jesus turning wine into water for the dehydrated people of a town. taking all the supply of wine from a winery into water!

I like the "I am ready" because it signified that He was ready for the clock to start and His path to be laid out. He knew His timing. The miracle was not for the sake of turning water into wine in this interpretation but for the people to honor GOD.

The gospels say very little about Jesus and his relationship to his mother. We can only infer that he and his mother would have been close; close enough to understand each other.

Fun fact; its an old custom to add water to wine when there's a party, and a sign of good manners to not comment on the fact that the wine is getting watery, hence why (at the end of the party) everyone states that 'this is the best wine ever!' even though everybody knows they're drinking mostly water.
Either they are drunk and welcome the water as wine because they're drunk, or they had good manners and continued the custom of not saying shit.
There is, ofcourse, an easier way to explain things; either the servants brought wine (for the servants did know how jesus turned water into wine), or everybody was playing along, much like the story about the king with invisible clothes.

Considering It was Thomas who was asked to leave the room last. Jesus prayed. When he dipped his hand. It seemed a moment doubt in his humanness ??? And yet knowing and accepting the command of his Father. Very Powerful.

Maybe it is in the whole episode, but in this clip you failed to have an extremely important part. The part of the discussion between Jesus and Blessed Virgin Mary. That was very pivotal because if She did not intercede for the wedding couple to save them a huge embarrassment, this might have not have happened. And it’s awesome to think about if Jesus’ Holy Mother would ask Jesus to change the timeline of History, just to save some people some embarrassment, what will She do for those who love Her and ask for Her intercession. The wedding couple didn’t even ask, She just knew they were going to be very embarrassed. Who knows what He would have said if someone else had asked, but only She asked and out of respecting His Mother (4th Commandment) He did this for Her. Jesus will never refuse anything His Most Holy Mother asks of Him. He loves Her so much. Our Lord and King Jesus Christ is so awesome and the Blessed Virgin Mary is so awesome.

In this, Mary was shown at her most human: helpful, thoughtful, pleading, sweetly demanding of her Son, assuming, and very Grateful! Just like any other loving Mom.😊

Think about it, Jesus being the creator, knew everything about how everything is made and can
literally rearrange atoms into anything He wills.

Wait... I'm confused, turning water into wine was Jesus' first miracle. So why in the show does He do it after he does the miracle with the fish on Simon Peter's boat? And after he frees Mary?

I was shocked and amazed. I was thrilled to see him bless the wine as he poured it into the jar and marveled at it himself. Tears came to my eyes when I realized that it was Jesus who was doing the innovation. I forgot that this was Jonah. I am born and happy to live as a Christian. Jesus told the wedding attendants to go and draw some water at the well , then draw some out for the guests. It never left their sight, or hands. That was the remarkable thing. He didn't tell them to go and hide so I can pretend to work some magic. it happened immediately.

This is why we pray to her. If Jesus would perform his first miracle before his time just because she asked, how much more will he do for us if she asks him on our behalf?
