ОтветитьI followed this recipe to make naans today.. They tasted quite good..
The only problem is this recipe only made 2 good sized naans for me..
So next time, I will double or triple the recipe and uses less yoghurt..
Edit: Also, I added salt to the flour instead of the yeast, as suggested by one of the comments, adding salt to the Yeast would kill it..

ОтветитьThe best, so soft. I did it with adding the salt directly to the yeast. I waited for the flour to be mixed before adding the salt and it proofed so beauty
