Bro i want to ask u, i have laptop with gtx1660ti and i7-10750h and i play this game with low med setting but my fps always drop arround 20, btw my laptop zephyrus m15, any solution bro :(

Your GPU clock speed should be around 1900MHz but it's only at 1530MhZ, reset your laptop to factory settings of acer for best performance
