Since it's a street fight I was wondering if after bending attacker's elbow joints if a double ear grab and hard flying knee to the belly in an attempt to knock wind out of opponent be less predictable? I don't want hit him with something he sees coming. I have also been working on my knees and notice they are a more powerful strike.
