This is literally a chapter from Doraemon comic where Nobita is unable to choose whether to use his saving money on ramen cup or self-assemble model toy. Once he bought one of these he will regret it and travel to the past to remind himself to choose another one, however his past self also will regret choosing another one so he will also travel to the current past to remind himself to choose another one. Thus the timeline itself is conflicted and in the end Nobita somehow settles with building a self-assemble ramen cup model.
