ОтветитьI tried this for the first time at the advice of my therapist and by the end I started to cry, which is very rare for me. I don't know what to do with this information but it feels like the beginning of a path towards something better for myself.

ОтветитьGreat way to ground myself in the middle of my work day. I find it hard to stay focused at times because i work from home. This means there is lots of room for distractions: my dog, my bearded dragon, food, my bed, etc. I hope to meditate at least 3x /week from this point forward and more in the future. Thank you for the nice video.

ОтветитьI know this will sound very different from all the other comments, but i meditate before playing video games to be more focused and not rage so if i lose i wont get angry and to also become consistent in game and in life itself by always doing it. These five minutes also felt like the longest five minutes ever but still i wasnt bored and against all odds my ADHD just felt non-existent in that time. Thank you for this awesome meditation

I just wanted a quick 5 minute meditation and in contrast with the past those five minutes fly by.
