This is an awesome video, thanks -- for some reason, the last word doesn't get animated in Final Cut even when I change the slide value and add the correct keyframe. Not sure if I am doing something wrong.

This plugin saved me in a pinch for a massive client today, the fact it cost me £3.50 or so on the patreon to get it. Keep up the great work. Some of these are so useful with real world application! Thank you Bro!

I followed the instructions step by step twice. I think there are some gaps in your video because the effect isn't uploading correctly to my final cut pro. The text is difficult to match with audio, and the box background is not in sync with my highlighted text

Whoa dang, my first ever Final Cut Bro video and I’m hooked for life. I’ve been using Motion since 2006 and I needed this deep dive and Motion muscle workout. Thank you so much for tackling it and showing it!!

I have a completely unrelated question to the tutorial. I am trying to animate a border expanding along a map to show military conquests, and I was wondering if I can set the bezier that I am using to both expand the current border, and subtract the border from other beziers? If that a bad explanation, basically, its like this. Circle A starts at point A, Circle B is at point B. Over time Circle A expands to encompass circle B at point B. Is there a way to have the circle A expand and while it expands, subtract the color from circle B?

I want to start video editing, but I was undecided between Davinci and Final Cut, I learned that Final Cut requires a lot of plugins, but it works more stable, Davinci does not need too many plugins and has more features, which program should be learned objectively for someone who is just starting video editing. would you recommend? don't want to waste time learning the wrong programo, I will be happy if you answer, thank you.

Hey Dylan, I have been watching your videos and love them. I just subscribed. Can you please make a video on how you do all those cool effects? I think a good video would be how you edit on of your videos start to finish. I just got into Final Cut Pro. Been with premiere forever. I just want to know how you make all those cool effects and movements and sound effects. It’s amazing. If you don’t mind thanks.

I'd love to replicate the transitions shown by "your good friend" Dylan John in his Top 10 Recommended Final Cut Pro Plugins for 2023 in mJourney near the end (8.10), especially the one at 8.18 - whipe with a mixed in fade.
So far I failed in Motion. Wouldn't that be a great tutorial for you?

Hey Dylan, please never stop with your videos, they're so helpful, especially your Motion tutorials. But I recently ran into a problem: I created a Final Cut Effect in Motion that simply mirrors the edges of the clip. Of course this effect would come in handy when creating transitions in Motion, so I was wondering if there's a way to use Final Cut Effects in Motion?
