I'm sorry but the entrance cover thing is really just a butt-ugly monstrosity that makes the house look clunky. Instead of making it look welcoming, it makes it look intimidating.

The exterior of the house had some architectural character with the arched stucco wall that held pots for plants, a rather Spanish style design. Now it looks like every other cookie cutter home on the outside. The interior looks really nice. I really like the layout it’s more open and airy, but I personally would have painted the dark beams white to match the rest of the walls and ceiling to add to the visual head space aesthetic. The island was nice but felt or looked a little too big taken away from the dining area which was was really quite small. I would be more concerned with being able to have at least eight people sit at a dining table because who wants to sit at the kitchen island counter when you have company over for any formal dining or entertaining.

did you also switch all the power cables for new ones ?

Open concept is on the way out. I can not stand the thought of people at my front door seeing the whole damn house without being invited inside. Kitchen grease gets all over everything and there is nowhere to get away from the dishes after dinner.

I love the fireplace, trees, and huge windows.

I think a housing crash will happen because all those people who bought homes over asking price, although it was at a low interest rate, they are over their heads. They have no equity if the housing prices continue to go down, and if for whatever reason they cannot afford the house anymore and it goes into foreclosure because even if they try to sell, they will not make any money. I think this will happen to a lot of people especially with the massive layoff predicted for the future and the cost of living rising at a high speed.

These guys did a great job but these 'merican home renovations shows have nothing on Australian and New Zealand shows. Lots of fake timbers and cheap looking materials in the US. Definitely a great job by these guys though.

The wide board vinyl flooring is gorgeous.

DO NOT BLEACH MOLD PLEASE PEOPLE. LOL please call a local mold inspector for how to treat it in your environmental conditions, but use some dawn dish soap to encapsulate the spores and wash them away. Bleach does not kill mold, if there is still staining you could invest in a mold and mildew stain remover. Be safe out there, wear your PPE!!!

I wish the subway tile backsplash had at least a grey or black grout because under the lights it just looks solid white and you miss the texture of the tiles.

i think you did a good job on the interior but i can't believe you got rid of that wall and replaced it with a cheap-looking box. I am an architect and this is exactly why we don't like these house flips. that was the main feature that gave character to the facade

Mold is a big deal! I had mold remediation by professionals. U have mold spores u less u have commercial air scrubbers. Commercial grade hydrogen peroxide Cruz clorox bad for allergies and health - and etc.

Love it only thing I would change is black frame windows on inside and some color on the backsplash kitchen is a bit washed out with all the white on white on white.

My first time watching you two. I was personally disappointed to hear Lincoln refer to Lauren as “baby & babe”. I get someone referring to their significant other using these terms, but Lauren is a investment partner who should receive more respect.

The other issue I had was when Lincoln stated that bleach will usually take care of mold. Yes, that’s correct but only on non-porous surfaces. I’m sure your aware of this but one of your subscribers may not be. To take time adding this fact would defer someone from misunderstanding your statement. Not placing their own or others health at risk.

On a positive note. The home is beautiful and landscape gorgeous!!

Nicely done. I think open wood shelving in the kitchen would’ve been a nice touch as well as a farm sink in matte grey or black. Didn’t seem like a lot of design elements in this flip.
