Someone at school took pictures from my instagram of me at 15 and made deepfaked nudes of me. They used these pictures to blackmail me. I go to school every day knowing someone in the halls did this to me but not knowing who. I told the police but they couldn’t do anything about it. This shit has real impacts

Criminals can use this to their advantage. If a person is caught in a crime via video, he or she can blame it on AI and claim that the video is a fake produced by AI. Crime would be extremely hard to solve then or maybe just impossible.
