bright horizontal lines every 5mm on a 55" 4K display. Problem cycles every 1 second. On---off---on---off. Matches +28 high, -7 low voltage of VGH-VGL {HC1-HC2 (LC1-LC2 on Hisense TCON)} Bad display? Maybe open VGH or VGL trace?
