For everyone asking for the body routine : calorie deficit or calorie surplus. I say deficit because she is slim and im assuming you want the same look. you can work out the core all you like but if youre a high percent body fat, you will not see abs. burn more cals then you eat. If you are already skinny with no ab definition, you need to eat more calories. Which ever one you pick make sure to be lifting weights to get that toned stomach ( also ur overall body) look.
