Ответитьİlk kez uyguladım ve devam edeceğim. Antrenmanı sonuna kadar bitirebildim başta kalp sıkışması hissettim ama sonra düzeldi. 2 kez su molası verdim 1-2 dk sadece. Bazen de hareketleri kaçırdım. Ama zamanla alışacağımı daha iyi olacağını düşünüyorum. Beslenmeme de dikkat ediyorum. Şuan 58 kiloyum hedefim en az 50 kg. Bana şans dileyin .. Çok fazla ter ve eğlence … 🇹🇷

day 1 - done. Felt great afterwards. I gave 20 second breaks since I wanted to make it a bit like hiit workout, my watch showed that I burned 260 cals! 🎉

day3 - done, it was hard to start, but after starting I enjoyed it so much, I did 60 seconds and 20 seconds break format

Ответитьapparently ive been doing this for 9 days pretty much skipped like 2 days in the very first days everything was horribly sore HAHA BUT I SEE SUCH A DIFFERENCE i mean i i was mostly skinny fat from sitting all day like 0 muscle at all and my skin was just jiggle, my skin is definitely tighter and the fat dimple in my leg is waaaaay less obvious my skin doesnt fold over my clothes anymore AND MY HIPS omg theyre starting to look good, less skeletor-like. i was legit hoping to get this result AND I DID and im stoked. i really like doing this specific one as a warm up almost and then i try and find another of these videos depending on what i want to work on and do that if im not too exhausted. i know its obvious like <omg it works> BUT IT ACTUALLY DOES but i really love this one more because its not too long its not overly exhausting and its fun. i highly recommend it

ОтветитьI wonder if it is a full body workout. To me it seems arms workout. I am quite heavy and could do it easily though I sweat a bit but felt so good. My question is, will it be effective for whole body as I do not want to switch to intense workout to avoid extra pressure on my knees because of my weight. Would love to have a satisfying replt. TIA
