I don’t have any problems with totems, I think they’re actually a really fun addition that allows hardcore players to extend their runs for longer, it’s just that they absolutely should not be easily found at all. The most common they should be is as rare or nearly as rare as a Notch Apple, but it’s fair to disagree bc it’s nowhere near as powerful as the apple

I think in hardcore you should only be able to use a totem once or maybe twice and then they get disabled for the rest of the play through. This would be very balanced for what hardcore mode should really be about.
