I had no idea that reproduction carts are being made for this thing.

Have you ever had an issue with the right shoulder button on the Saturn controller? I ran into one. I have to press it more harder than usual to get it to respond. Mine looks like the Japanese Saturn controller that japanese units came shipped with since 94. Talk about cheap and flimsy controllers. Even the snes controller's shoulder buttons were more responsive than that, and the snes controller felt cheap and flimsy too.

Are these games all identical to their Saturn counterparts, or did the Titan have more RAM allowing for more frames of animation, or other supped up features? Or was the RAM increase just for faster loading? Or was there no RAM difference between this and a standard Saturn?

Since ST-V is based on Saturn hardware, I wonder if homebrew can be created for the system...

Sega was weird doing all crazy kinds of hardware, they should had just made the cartridges compatible with the Saturn console, and same for the Genesis cartridges into the saturn, would had worked amazing, they didn't had clever ideas.

I honestly think that if the Saturn was a cartridge-based system, it would have fared much better against the PlayStation and Nintendo 64. Sega wouldn't have needed to pay for the expensive CD-ROM drive and subsystem, taking at least the SH-1, drive, and cache out of the equation. They could have matched Sony and Nintendo in price, and it would have made backward compatibility with the Genesis more feasible if they decided to include it. If the Saturn's cartridge port accepted A/V signals, they could have made an adapter for Genesis carts that had a whole Genesis in it and sold it at a loss since the majority of players don't actually use backward compatibility (see: the Master System adapter). It could have been a selling point of the Saturn, even if hardly anybody used it. I was just thinking earlier today about how Nintendo's so chastised for going cartridge with the N64, but they made the right decision. I hardly ever listened to audio CDs on my Saturn or PlayStation; I had a Walkman that I took to school and listened on the bus and in the hallway. And if the N64 debuted at $299 because of the CD drive, they could've sold almost as poorly as the Saturn in the price-sensitive US market.

It's funny how developers struggled pulling off decent 3D in the Saturn, while ports of the not-too-shabby Titan were perfect and sported good graphics for the time. Die Hard Arcade was THE game at the time. So awesome. Why couldn't Sega make more Saturn games that look this good? Also I don't understand why they bothered with all these ancient neo-geo clones at the same time that Model 2 was turning the entire video game world into 60fps sweet-ass 3d

Holy fuck that’s a damn fine lineup. I really want to play Cotton, Die Hard Arcade/Dynamite Deka, Golden Axe: The Duel, Shienryu (Raiden rip-off!), Guardian Force, Astra Super Stars and of course Groove-On Fight which looks spectacular to my eyes. I love fighting games (Japanese ones) and arcade shooters!

Why do you say "ASIA" and not "CHINA" or "JAPAN" ? It's not so easy to understand what are you referring to.... Aside from that,

I love the Sony battery inside the Titan Board. I know it's not what came inside of it but it's still very humorous to me. Why does it matter if it's the pirated version? Are they susceptible to failure? Can they break your SVT board? Are the PCB's too thick? I don't get it. Is this one of those deals that they're selling it as real and charging a premium? Otherwise...I'm not really concerned that said version is a pirated copy. I use emulators all the time to save my consoles wear and tear. I really don't want to replace my Hi Saturn (as an example) if I don't have to.

Great content…. So unfortunately I don’t have the money or the knowledge into the arcade boards. Someone put me on to a kinhank 2 tb drive that I picked up and play on my gaming computer I’m wondering if these games are on it and wonder what they’re under. I missed the saturn as a kid and a lot of that stuff to buy and play now is pretty expensive if it wasn’t for emulation I would never get to play a lot of the retro stuff.
