Day 2 ✅ No much difference, but I feel like my stomach burning, and def lost some weight around the stomach, but guys it hurts but sooo worth it 😂

ОтветитьDay 1: i wanted to change so my friend suggested me to do this workout with some yoga stretches before. it felt great, i hope i can do this for a week or two
Day 2: it was easy and i really felt the burn on my belly
Day 3: i just got home from taking my cousin at the airport since she is going to south korea and i was very tired but I kept saying "I can do it!" as my day phrase to keep going from my workout. I just finished it now and after 20 minutes I'm going to take a bath to release some tension.
Can a man have a small waist too??
