May I ask one question: how many cloves and cardamom capsules did you put in in your old recipe? Would still prefer the traditional way instead of powder.

That looks flavorful based on the spices and flavors used and would be quite delicious. I guess if it works with pork it can work with submitting other meats with the Rendang sauce.
