I have watched so many of your videos and each time I feel both calm and inspired. I am 68 years old and also live alone. You seem to feel joy in whatever you do and make the little things mean so much. That making a beautiful cup of tea and lightning a candle can look and feel so beautiful! I believe the simplicity is what gives the calling effect as well as the softness of the colors in your decor and even the calming music. Thank you so much for making my days happier, calmer and more meaningful. You are also a wonderful and inspiring chef. I don't recognize all of the ingredients you use but everything you cook looks so delicious and you plate it up like a culinary artist. Thank you!
