ОтветитьIn Tamilnadu we soak cooked rice overnight in water nd keep it overnight in room temperature..add few chopped curry leaves too. In the morning eat it for breakfast alongwith the soaked water,little salt added to it. Its the best probiotic and its very rich in vitamin b 12
