Please someone help me😭 every one made joke of me bcz of my bad breath😭 i dont know why i have bad breath💔 i wash my teeth twice a day and clean my teeth and my teeth are so good but i dont know why please help me😭😭 im near to kill my self no one be my friend bcz my bad breathe😔😭💔💔

I tried for 3 days to eat just raw vegetables and fruits and my tongue was pink super clean in the 3'rd day , like I never ever had it , my breath was fresh all day after brushing my theets ! But I was extremely hungry and I lost weight, since I'm a thin person already ...I started eating again home made food , my tongue started to be again like every single day : full covered in a yellowish film and smell of poop .I repeat the experiment again , drinking raw juice, eating a lot of vegetables and fruits without anything else ....the 3'rd day completely clean , no smell of poop not even in the back of my throat ...I love food , I prepare it myself , I eat healthy but everything I eat it transforms in poop , always ! What is the problem in my stomach ???

Tooth paste is not good to use ..

One tb.sp salt, vinegar 1 tb.sp, fill the bottle with water , and gargle few times , it works so well that nothing worked before . Try for one week .

Can we use coconut hair oil for oil pulling?

Air quality monitor HCHO / TVOC will show you how bad your breath is. Nb. Acid softens enamel then immediately brush. NO! Swish with water/alkaline to raise pH and harden enamel before brushing.

I have cocunut oul mouthwash, I have metal tongue scrapers, and I have used salt gargling.

I cannot tell if it is working or not, you cannot smell your own breath because you are used to your own body odor.
